The Listing:-
Find a listing Broker who specializes and is knowledgeable
About your type and make of boat.
Someone who will be pro-active and creative in the marketing Of your vessel. Think outside the box. Be open to and suggest New ideas.
Emphasize what is unique and special. Equipment, Layout, Design Heritage, Maintenance history, Capabilities, ect.
Be creative with the advertising photography.
Preparation:

Conduct your own survey and seatrial with your broker.
Fix, repair or replace what is needed.
Keep your vessel in a Ready to Show And in a Ready to Run condition.
The Wait:

Price your boat to sell. (not what you think it is worth)
Do not chase the market.
Take your emotion out of the equation. Be open to all Offers.
